Tomorrow evening my mother and I will head to Kota Kinabalu (KK), which is located in the Malaysian state of Sabah on the island of BORNEO!
I am very excited. We will only be there for a couple days.
Pray that our flight to and from KK go without a hitch and that the meetings my mom is going to smoothly.

5 Weeks Already
As of today I have been here for 5 weeks. It has gone by so fast. I am loving every minute of it. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
Chinese New Year has offically ended even though people are still setting fireworks off every night. Fifteen days is just not enough i guess. The day of Chinese New Year we went down to Chinatown only to find it completely deserted, who know? So instead we went to Little India. It was amazing. Lots of clothing and jewlery stores, all of which are blaring music so loud you have to close your ears as you walk by. Amazing.
I really am fortunate to be here. Corbin is a delight to play with every day. He is hilarious. He LOVES cars and books. His favorite words are NO and CAR.
On March 1st (1 week from Tuesday) my mom and I will be going to Kota Kinabalu, it is in the state of Sabah on the island of BORNEO!!! My mom will be there for meetings while i get to play with the kids.
Today, after church, we went for lunch at a Chinese tea house. My parents go pretty much every Sunday. The women who owns it has taught us how to correctly brew and serve the tea. There is a specific way. She no longer hovers over my parents to make sure they are doing it right. After lunch we went to Gurney Plaza, the mall, to see The Kings Speech. It was really good. I highly recommend it.
I hope to put some pictures up soon. The Internet is not the fastest here and so I have been having trouble uploading them.
